• Role: Senior Designer and Project Manager, Daniel Frisch Architecture

• Design and construction management of a 6,550 SF townhouse. Existing house was 4,300 SF.  A 2,250 SF addition was added to the property to maximize the rear yard setback as well as an additional bonus space on the roof. Complete renovation of the expansive 5-floor residence;  project scope included extensive structural work for installation of a new elevator, extension, basement, roof top space, 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and 3 landscaped outdoor spaces with fire pits.
