• Role: Senior Designer and Project Manager, Daniel Frisch Architecture

• Design and restoration of an existing 3,000 SF carriage house in the historic Brooklyn Landmarks district. Project included an extensive restoration of the front and back facades as well as a gut renovation of the interior. An open staircase and double height bookcase were added, in addition to 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and green roof.
