• 100,000 SF, 99-key, ground-up, ski in/ski out hotel in the heart of Snowmass Base Village. Project included a five-story indoor climbing wall, restaurant, bar, large lobby, kids area, gym, pool, private dining area, conference room, offices, guest ski storage, two employee housing units and a garage with a separate entry foyer.
