• Restoration and expansion of a private home and barn listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Scope included the relocation of the existing historic kitchen to expand the usable living area,  the kitchen was also upgraded with more modern amenities.  There was an expansion to east wing to create a master suite and bathroom. The expansion included: a new stair to connect the main floor and the second floor, a porte cochere and a private balcony. Restoration of many existing details as well as renovation of the interior finishes.
