  • Historic Brooklyn Brownstone, built in 1837, located within the Brooklyn Landmarks district. 11,600 SF home and backyard. Project included restoration of the front and back facades with a new stair added to access the backyard through the sunroom. Repositioned the formal dining room, by converting the fireplace to a 60" range to create a large modern kitchen. Added a staircase and dug out the basement to create a conditioned wine cellar and tasting room.
