• Client: Brooklyn Bridge Park 

• Role: Senior Project Manager/Owners Representation, Gardiner + Theobald

• Main Street Park & 99 Plymouth building. Scope included design/construction of the 99 Plymouth building, procurement and installation of the large outdoor bouldering facility and limestone terrace/park below the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges and overlooking the NYC skyline.  ​

• John Street Park, a 13,000 SF gathering lawn, two pedestrian bridges over a tidal salt marsh and the East River.  Both projects required coordination with several city agencies for approvals.
